Volkl Tennis Canada is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Customers may return items within 30 days from the day of purchase when all subsequent criteria are met:

• Items must be returned in their original package without any damage to the package.
• Products must come back with their original labels.
